Earwel Ear Drop is used to treat ear infections. It works by killing microorganisms that cause infection. It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause redness, swelling, and itching. It also works by blocking pain signals to the brain to decrease the pain sensation. Earwel Ear Drop is for external use only. Never use drops if the seal is broken before you use it for the first time. Wash your hands before using it. Follow the instructions given by your doctor and use it in the dose and duration suggested by the doctor.  Do not stop using it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. The most common side effects of Earwel Ear Drop include irritation, a burning feeling, and a stinging sensation in the ear. These effects usually occur at the site of application and are generally mild and temporary. They often settle as the ear adjusts to the medicine. If the discomfort persists, worsens, or causes concern, a doctor should be consulted. It is not likely that other medicines you take by mouth or injection will affect the way it works but talk to your doctor before using it if you have used a similar medicine before and had an allergic reaction. This medicine should only be used if it is clearly needed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
